THE TSUKANOV ART COLLECTION

The first version of the Komar & Melamid painting "The Bear" was acquired from the arists' collection.  This painting was a part of the Noctalgic Socialist Realism series produced by the artists at the beginning of 80-s in the USA.  The main version of the painting is in the Robert Adams collection (published in C. Ratcliff  "Komar & Melamid" Abbeville Press, 1988, page 138).
